Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
The Store will supply orders to locations agreed upon during purchase.
Orders will be handled according to courier company schedules.
International Shipping: once the shipment leaves Israel, responsibility transfers to the destination country’s postal/courier service. ELS Store is not responsible for customs, delays, loss, or damage. The customer must check import laws before ordering.
“Business Day” – Sunday to Thursday excluding holidays and bank closure days.
Shipping cost may change.
The Store may set a minimum order amount.
If a product is out of stock, the Store will notify the customer; if unreachable, the order may be sent without it.
If the customer approves leaving the package at a door or with a neighbor, responsibility is solely the customer’s.
The Store is not responsible for delays caused by:
Force majeure;
Courier company issues;
National shutdowns affecting Store operations.
