Returns, Changes, and Cancellations:

Requests must be submitted using the contact details below.
Returns or exchanges for accessory products are allowed within 14 days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Requests after 14 days are subject to Store discretion.

For safety, hygiene, and product nature, cancellations or returns are not allowed for products containing active ingredients, serums, treatment creams, or nutritional supplements – even if unopened. All such sales are final.

Where returns are approved:
Products must be returned sealed in original packaging;
Unused;
With invoice;
Return costs are on the customer;
Cancellation fee: 10% of product price or 100₪ (whichever is lower).

No return is accepted if packaging was opened or product used.
